Pre-Order Agreements

By placing a pre-order with Bleacher House, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Pre-order items are not currently in stock or readily available. A pre-order option means that current inventory has sold out, and additional inventory must be ordered before your item can be fulfilled.

Pre-order items are anticipated to arrive and ship within approximately 6-7 weeks from the pre-order cutoff date. Ex: If an order is placed on May 1, but the pre-order cutoff date is May 15, the timeframe does not start until May 15 - final day of ordering. This timeframe is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Production schedules, shipping, carrier delays, supply chain distributions, and other circumstances outside of Bleacher House's control may impact anticipated timeline.

The pre-order date will always be posted on the site at the time of ordering.

Bleacher House is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping carriers, weather or circumstances beyond its control.

By completing your pre-order purchase, you acknowledge that you understand the extended fulfillment timeline and agree to these pre-order terms.
